Refund Policy – Travelpedia Holidays

  1. Force Majeure/Vis Majeure Events

    • If the tour or any part of it cannot be conducted due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure events, Travelpedia Holidays is not liable to provide any refunds.
    • At the company’s sole discretion, a refund may be considered based on factors such as the number of participants and cancellation policies of suppliers (e.g., hotels, transport operators). The company’s decision on the refund amount will be final.
  2. Refund Processing Timeline

    • Refunds, if applicable, will take 15 to 45 days to process, depending on circumstances.
  3. No Refund for Unutilized Services

    • No refunds will be provided for unutilized services, such as hotels, meals, sightseeing, rides, cruises, or optional tours, regardless of the reason.
  4. Refunds for Direct Bookings

    • For bookings made directly with the company:
      • Refunds will be processed via NEFT, RTGS, crossed cheque, or credit card reversal to the original payment mode, as determined by the company.
      • Processing may take up to 45 days to reflect in the client’s account.
  5. Advance Service Bookings

    • Services booked in advance and canceled per the booking policy will be refunded after deducting cancellation and actual bank charges, if applicable.
    • Refunds will be issued in the same mode of payment:
      • For bank transfers or net banking, the amount will be credited to the client’s bank account.
      • For credit/debit card payments, the reversal will be processed to the respective account.
    • This process may take 15 to 45 days.
  6. Credit Certificate Option

    • Clients may opt to keep their refund amount as a credit certificate, which can be utilized within 24 months for future bookings with Travelpedia Holidays.
